Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Your safari starts with pickup from Entebbe, Kampala, or Kigali. Enjoy a scenic drive southwest through Uganda’s countryside, with a stop at the Equator for photos. Arrive at Bwindi in the afternoon or early evening and check into your lodge. Settle in and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing on trekking rules and gorilla etiquette. You’ll be assigned to a habituated gorilla family and set off into the dense rainforest with your ranger and trackers. The trek can take 2 to 7 hours depending on the group’s location. Once you find them, spend one unforgettable hour observing the gorillas up close – from playful youngsters to the powerful silverback. Return to the lodge in the afternoon to relax.

Day 3: Departure
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before your transfer back to Entebbe/Kampala or Kigali. Depending on your flight schedule, there may be time for an optional short community visit or nature walk before departure.
